The BBQ pork is a minced, sweet and savory almost like a pork jerky texture. The bread is crunchy but soft on the inside. The ratio of pickled veggies to meat is good and there's also an option to add peppers if you prefer spicy. This is a no frills takeout only shop, and also only accepts cash. Service is generally pretty quick and they speak Cantonese. I would recommend calling ahead to order as sometimes the wait could be 10-15 minutes if there are multiple orders ahead of yours. ”

So keep an eye on your sandwich. The banh mi was really good. Bread was nicely toasted, meats were good, but some pieces were too fatty. I also wished it had pate on it, that's actually my favorite part in a banh mi. ”
